COVID-19 Sales Process Summary - THE DETAILS
Social distancing rules are in effect. Please be mindful of our distance markers, and make yourself comfortable in our showroom that is sanitized multiple times per day. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been around someone with symptoms please visit us after the appropriate period of isolation. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our showroom for your use and convenience.
We are happy to help you select and share the features of our products from a distance, while you get familiar with the different options. Ask about our electronic brochures and the electronic Vehicle Orientation Guide for the new vehicle you are considering.
After providing a copy of your driver’s license and completing the test-drive agreement, it would be our pleasure to allow you to experience the product you are considering. Your Sales Consultant will provide you with guidance on the standard test drive route. This is often a good time for us to evaluate your trade in. If we need to drive your trade in to complete its assessment, sanitization protocols will be followed.
Your sales consultant will generate a worksheet and visit a Sales Leader for transactional information suited to your specific needs. You will be consulted while we are mindful of respecting the social distance rules.
We have offices that accommodate distance guidelines while you complete the necessary documentation and insurance. These office spaces are sanitized multiple times daily. Our mobile insurance agents also set up in our showroom with social distancing guidelines for your convenience.
Your sales person will be happy to coach you on set up and personalization of your new vehicle from an acceptable distance. We can guide you through setting up blue-tooth pairing for your phone, helping you with Ford Pass activation and we will also schedule your first service appointment for your convenience.
