EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

All departments are operating only for essential services.

Our service department will only allow one guest inside at a time. They will be closed on Saturdays.

We are not offering shuttle rides at this time.

Sales department is available via phone, chat, text or email. Updated hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturdays 11am to 4pm.

As you are aware, the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has impacted many of our neighbours around the world. It is something Family Ford is taking seriously, as our store is committed to protecting the safety and health of our guests and team members.

We have pared down our store to provide only essential services. Please feel free to contact us via email, phone or social media to book an appointment for servicing, order parts, find out about vehicles or ask about our current processes for keeping our team and our guests safe.

By following guidelines set forth by health and community officials, our dealership has taken several steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Cleanliness of our Store

Family Ford has always emphasized the daily cleanliness and full maintenance of our facilities. However, we have now taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize each department with disinfectant on a more frequent basis. As always, there are hand sanitizer stations and tissues available throughout each dealership. We have asked for our guests to only enter one at a time in our Service Department to allow our service team to sanitize keys and vehicles before and after entry. Each step taken is to prevent the spread of any virus, germ, bacteria or illness.

Staff Risk Prevention

We are also focused on ensuring that our team members remain healthy and have instructed all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, self-quarantine precautions and pausing all non-essential work travel.

During this prevention period of the Covid-19 Virus, we are only accepting essential repairs for appointments.
